Sip and Knit at The Art Party Place in Mountain Top takes place every Sunday from 6 PM to 8 PM and offers a cozy, beginner friendly way to learn hand crocheting. Guests can sip wine, relax and create a soft blanket while following step by step instruction that makes the process fun and approachable.
Each participant will make a blanket measuring about 40 by 50 inches. The regular blanket experience costs $65 per person and includes five skeins of yarn, with a wide range of colors available including ivory, pink, cranberry, blues, greys, sage, dark green, tan, mustard yellow, purple and teal. Guests may mix colors or choose a single shade, and additional skeins can be purchased for $10 each.
The Art Party Place also offers themed blanket options. Pumpkin blankets cost $70 and include ivory, orange and black yarn. Holiday Tree blankets cost $80 and include ivory yarn plus orange, red and yellow yarn to decorate with trees. Themed blankets require a three hour class session.
Reservations close one week before each class. If fewer than four participants register, the session will be rescheduled or refunded.
