Sips & Stews Saturdays takes place at Benigna’s Creek Vineyard & Winery in Klingerstown on Saturday, February 21, 2026 and Saturday, February 28, 2026 from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM, offering a cozy winter pairing experience designed for slow sipping and hearty comfort food.

Guests can build a custom wine flight by selecting three favorite Benigna’s Creek wines, then enjoy them alongside a stew flight featuring three seasonal favorites: Beef Stroganoff with Mushrooms, Shrimp & Sausage Gumbo, and Chicken & Dumplings. Flights are available while supplies last, making it a great stop for a warm, casual afternoon out.

The cost is $15 per person, and no reservations are required or accepted.
