Stuff the Bus for Toys for Tots | Walmart Supercenter, Pittston

Stuff the Bus for Toys for Tots will take place at the Walmart Supercenter on Highway 315 in Pittston on Saturday, December 6, 2025, from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Hosted by the Luzerne County Transportation Authority (LCTA), this all-day drive helps ensure local children have gifts to open on Christmas morning.
Throughout the day, LCTA staff, U.S. Marines, and Santa and Mrs. Claus will be on hand to collect new, unwrapped toys, books, and games. Donations are needed for boys and girls of all ages, with a special need for gifts appropriate for children ages 9 and older. Cash donations will also be accepted to support the Toys for Tots mission.
LCTA organizes this annual event in response to the growing need in the community and in recognition of its generosity. Last year, the local Toys for Tots campaign distributed more than 70,000 toys to nearly 23,000 children in the region, demonstrating the powerful impact of local support.
This year’s Stuff the Bus for Toys for Tots again partners with Cumulus Media as the exclusive radio sponsor, with personalities from Magic 93, Hot 97.1, CAT COUNTRY 93.7, and 979X FM broadcasting live throughout the event. LCTA has also teamed up with multiple local businesses and organizations to help maximize toy donations leading up to the drive.
Community members are invited to stop by anytime between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM, meet the team, enjoy the festive atmosphere, and help fill the bus with toys and hope for local kids.
