Teen Chef: Budget Cooking Series at the Bloomsburg Children’s Museum in Bloomsburg meets weekly at 5:00 PM through Tuesday, January 13, 2026, giving young cooks ages 11 and up a fun, hands-on way to learn how to make tasty, affordable meals. This interactive series is designed specifically for pre-teens and teens who want to build confidence in the kitchen while keeping an eye on cost.

Each session focuses on practical recipes using everyday ingredients, with step-by-step guidance from instructors. Along the way, students learn essential kitchen skills, meal planning basics, and money-saving strategies to stretch a grocery budget further.

No prior cooking experience is required. Participants can sign up for a single class or attend the entire series of ten sessions, all offered free of charge.

Registration is required in advance and can be completed online.
