Tours & Tasting runs at Pocono Mountain Maple in Newfoundland from Thursday, February 12 through Friday, November 13, 2026, with scheduled tour times each week. This 45-minute guided farm experience begins with check-in at the Farm Store/Offices, then follows a scenic walk alongside the lake to the Sugar Shack with a guide from the Maple Producer Team.
During the tour, guests learn how the farm sustainably taps 22,000 maple trees, how sap becomes syrup, and what makes this operation Pennsylvania’s largest organic maple farm. The experience closes with a guided tasting of the full line of Organic and Kosher maple syrup flavors, each with its own signature profile.
Visitors can also enjoy complimentary café offerings from the Farm Store, such as coffee, tea, or hot chocolate, along with maple-infused bites. The visit wraps up with a Maple Water tasting, featuring a naturally hydrating drink tapped directly from the trees.
