Valentine’s Dinner takes place at Blue Ridge Estate Vineyard & Winery in Saylorburg on Saturday, February 14, 2026 at 7:00 PM. Prepared by ACES Gourmet, this four-course plated dinner is served in the winery’s heated grand tent and includes wine pairings selected by Randy, plus live romantic music performed by John Strasburger.
Tickets are $95 per person and include the full dinner, select Blue Ridge wine pairings, and entertainment. Gratuity is not included and can be added the night of the event via cash or credit card. This is a fixed menu and cannot accommodate changes, and the evening is 21+ only.
Menu highlights include grilled tiger shrimp poke stack, a shaved vegetable salad with champagne vinaigrette, petite beef tenders with juniper berry pinot noir butter sauce with sides, and triple chocolate mousse cake with melba and berries.
