Vinyasa in the Vineyard will take place at Mountain View Vineyard in Stroudsburg on Sunday, June 14; July 19; August 16 and September 20, 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM. This outdoor yoga experience offers a relaxing start to the day surrounded by scenic vineyard views.
Participants will take part in a one-hour guided Vinyasa yoga session led by instructor Jillian. The class is designed for a range of skill levels and focuses on mindful movement, breathing and relaxation.
Each ticket also includes a complimentary first glass of wine or beer to enjoy after the session. Guests are encouraged to bring their yoga mats and reserve a spot in advance.
