Over the weekend, we spent the afternoon in downtown Hazleton capturing the vibrant scenes at the Tulip Takeover at CAN DO Community Park. Thousands gathered to experience a stunning display of 50,000 tulips, transforming the park into a colorful celebration of spring.

Guests explored rows of blooming tulips, stopping to snap photos and select free stems to take home. The event, presented by van Hoekelen Greenhouses, gave adults the chance to take up to 10 tulips and children up to 5, adding a hands-on element to the experience. A live DJ provided a steady soundtrack throughout the park, while local food trucks served up crowd favorites, keeping visitors energized and engaged.
