The story behind B3Q is rooted in passion, beginning in 2003 when original owner Barry first experimented with backyard barbecue. After opening the first storefront in West Pittston in 2012, the torch passed to Dominick Aritz in 2019. Dominick, a veteran of the United States Air Force, continues the legacy today as B3Q transitions into its current home on Owen Street in Swoyersville. The updated concept features a pub environment with live music, family-friendly seating, private parties and an extensive menu that pairs perfectly with craft beer, bourbon and house cocktails.

Quality remains at the core of everything they do. All sauces, rubs, sides and meats are prepared in-house, and every cut of brisket, pork, ribs or chicken is smoked on-site for hours until it reaches peak tenderness and flavor. Guests can enjoy small plates like fried pickles, redneck eggrolls and loaded Macho Nachos, or go big with bar pies topped with brisket, buffalo chicken or pork.
