The entire property can lodge up to 25 guests. Amenities include a pavilion with a commercial kitchen, a yurt, the private 54 acre lake with a boat house, an apple orchard, fire pit and three tent sites for camping. There are 400 acres of woodlands to explore with hiking and biking trails as well as a small playground for kids.
