This vineyard and tasting room makes sustainably crafted wines and ciders using minimal intervention. They believe in nature and stewarding the land to create a healthy, biodiverse space for their ingredients.

Visit the tasting room to experience all that Cellar Beast has to offer. They serve wine by the flight, glass, and bottle, as well as house-made ciders and local craft beers. An outdoor patio provides a relaxing spot in the warmer months with views of the vineyard and the rolling Blue Mountains.
