Coffee Inclusive, a subsidiary of PA Inclusive, is more than a coffee shop and bakery in Pittston. It is a place where inclusion, opportunity, and community come together. The mission is simple but powerful: to hire individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities and give them the chance to learn, grow, and thrive in the workplace.

Our employees, many of whom live with diverse abilities and autism, work side by side with experienced baristas and servers to provide a warm and welcoming community coffee shop and bakery experience. Our commitment to inclusivity extends beyond the counter. Through the Inclusive Transitional Employment Program (ITEP), we partner with local school districts to provide high school students with disabilities the opportunity to train in a public facing, fast paced work environment. Students learn to brew coffee, bake, engage with customers, and maintain proper sanitation, gaining confidence and the real world skills needed for long term success.
