Following the Lehigh River, Lehighton Trailhead is the anchor to the northern spur of the D&L (Delaware & Lehigh) Trail and serves as a link to downtown businesses. The trail was dedicated in 2014 and is a delight for visitors who take it by bike or by foot. It features lighting, signage, a parking lot, tables, and the Historic Lehigh Valley Railroad mural on the front of the pavilion.
