Flips, Handstands, and …. Wait, Ninjas?!

The kids will be head over heels for Freedom Gymnastics and Obstacle Training in Brodheadsville. This gymnastics school has over 14,000 square feet dedicated to recreational and competitive classes.

Kids as young as 18 months can join a class at Freedom Gymnastics. The safe, positive, and challenging environment helps each athlete grow stronger physically and mentally. Freedom Gymnastics is home to a USAG competitive team for athletes who want to take their training to the next level. Private lessons are also available.

Freedom Gymnastics also has a ninja training course complete with a warped wall, rock wall, trampoline, peg boards, and other obstacles. The offer training sessions for kids ages 6 and up, as well as adults. As a member of the National Ninja League, they also host competitions where you can put your skills to the test.

Freedom Gymnastics’ tumbling and aerial clinics are great practice for cheerleaders.
