Scoops, Shakes, & Sundaes

Heaven on Hill is a sweet little ice cream stand in Jessup. They serve hand-dipped, hard ice cream from NEPA’s own Blue Ribbon Dairy. They’re always making creative sundaes with tons of awesome flavors and toppings.

Heaven on Hill also offers soft serve ice cream, Italian ice, and coolies (ice cream with candy, fruit, or other toppings blended in). Their fresh-made Belgian waffles are an incredible treat.
