Dine in a Piece of History

Tamaqua Station Restaurant, located in a glorious, well over a century old, Victorian train station, breathes new life as a casual fine dining restaurant.

Locals and visitors alike can’t help but to be lured in by the charm and the thought of possibly re-living a small moment in history as they enjoy a quiet dinner or brunch in the ornate, intricately-detailed dining room.

Menu Highlights

Begin with pork potstickers or scallops wrapped in bacon. For the main course, order coffee-rubbed New York strip steak or the Oscar—chicken or veal in lemon juice, garlic, butter, and wine, and served with colossal crab, fresh asparagus, and hollandaise sauce.

Try the newly added menu item: tender braised short ribs in savory brown sauce with mushrooms and onions. And don’t forget to save room because you won’t be able to leave without trying one of the incredible desserts.
