Relax, unwind and enjoy a little peace and quiet.
This peaceful, green space tucked away in the Browntown neighborhood of Pittston Township serves as the town’s recreation center. Tony Attardo Memorial Park features basketball and tennis courts, a wide-open playground, and a spacious pavilion with picnic tables.
The park is a safe, quiet place bordered on the east side by a barrier of tall trees and to the west by the meticulously curated Joseph “Murph” Adams Sports Complex, home to the Pittston Twp. Little League. And to the north and south of the park, you’ll find the Township’s Volunteer Fire Dept. and Ambulance Station.
Whether the kids just need to get out and play or you need some relaxing time to yourself, the park offers plenty of parking, shade and benches. And with its western view, the Tony Attardo Memorial Park marks the end of each day with a stunning NEPA sunset.
You will find this lovely park, named in honor of revered, late Pittston Township Supervisor, Anthony Attardo on Bryden Street. Be on the lookout for fun events at the park like the annual Easter Egg hunt in March.
