The Brickhouse puts a gourmet twist on burgers. Try the 28-day dry aged burger, made with a blend of dry aged chuck, brisket, and short rib and topped with caramelized onions, sautéed mushrooms, and gruyere. Dinner entrees include dishes like the house crab cakes and the grilled filet mignon finished with gorgonzola butter, mashed potatoes, and port wine demi-glace.
