Volunteer Fire Companies Serve Up Lenten Specials
Support local volunteer fire companies while enjoying delicious Lenten specials across NEPA. From classic fish fries to homemade pierogies, these community-driven meals bring people together for a great cause.

Pizza, Pierogies & Fish Fries: NEPA's Lenten Specials

Homemade pierogies and potato pancakes, fish fries and trays upon trays of pizza…you already know what time it is. In NEPA, volunteer fire companies keep traditional Lenten specials coming all season long.

Even if you don’t observe the holiday, you can still enjoy a few weeks of delicious food while supporting neighborhood firehouses. Check out their Facebook pages for dates and ordering information.

This is an ongoing list. If you know of a fire company doing Lenten meals that is not included, please contact us. We’d be happy to spread the word.
