Tasting Our Way Through Kalahari’s 2025 Food & (Not Just) Wine Festival
This past Sunday, we spent the afternoon indulging in everything delicious at the Kalahari Food & (Not Just) Wine Festival. The popular annual event, held in the Kalahari Resorts’ Pocono Mountains convention center, set the stage for the ultimate foodie paradise.
Kalahari’s three spacious ballrooms hosted a spectacular spread of gourmet food, craft beverages, and specialty products from dozens of resort vendors. Think global cuisine. Choices included inventive small plates, desserts galore, and plenty of local wine, beer, and spirits to pair with every bite.
The laid-back, yet festive atmosphere also featured music, mingling and proud chefs eager to discuss their tasty creations. Whether you were there for the vino, the bites, or the overall experience– there was something for everyone.
