Yoga for Stress Reduction at Newfoundland Area Public Library in Newfoundland meets Thursdays from January 8 through April 30, 2026, from 5:00 to 6:00 PM in the library’s community room. Guided by Diane Rixner of Cultivate Well Being, each class focuses on gentle movement and breathwork designed to help release tension and support relaxation.
Classes last about one hour and cost $10 per session.
