WinterFest takes place in Downtown Stroudsburg on Saturday, February 14, 2026 from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM, inviting families to enjoy a winter stroll filled with ice art, activities, and seasonal fun.
Visitors can explore more than 40 crafted “Love, the Heart of the Poconos” ice sculptures displayed throughout downtown, along with a large featured display and live ice carving demonstration in Courthouse Square. Warming stations will be available, and kids’ activities will be offered at various locations to keep the afternoon engaging for all ages.
The Eastern Monroe Public Library Bookmobile will also be on-site, and downtown businesses will join in with themed specials and promotions during the event. Metered parking will be in effect throughout WinterFest, and the official event poster includes additional details.
