Perfect Storm Kitchen & Bath -- GWV Chamber Member Meet & Greet

Learn more about Greater Wyoming Valley Chamber member, Perfect Storm Kitchen & Bath in Pittston Township. The local company specializes in custom, full-service kitchen and bath renovations and transforming homes across NEPA with craftsmanship and care.

Perfect Storm Kitchen & Bath – Pittston Township, PA

Perfect Storm Kitchen & Bath started very humbly—launched by Jerome Sulkoski and Paul Williams from a vehicle while still paying off the LLC. As their reputation grew through one quality project at a time, they moved into a small space in Wilkes-Barre Township before eventually purchasing their current building in Pittston Township.

As the company expanded, Jerome stepped into leading day-to-day operations while Paul transitioned into a sales role, remaining an important part of the team. “Just as important as the physical growth has been the team we’ve built along the way. Over the years, we’ve trained and developed talented designers and installers who take real pride in their work.

We continue to invest in our team through industry trainings and trade shows, bringing new ideas, products, and techniques back to NEPA so we can keep raising the bar for our clients. We’re also proud members of the Wyoming Valley Chamber of Commerce and value the relationships and collaboration it brings to the local business community,” says Jerome.

“As a locally owned business, community involvement is very important to us. We work closely with local trades, suppliers, and partners and take pride in helping homeowners improve the spaces where they live their everyday lives. We’re proud to support Habitat for Humanity, including a current project where we’re donating a full kitchen to help a family create a safe, functional home. We also work with the Commission for Economic Opportunity, providing tub-to-shower conversions for individuals in need to improve safety and accessibility in their homes.

In addition, we’re active members of the Wyoming Valley, Pittston, and Scranton Chambers of Commerce, which allows us to stay connected and involved throughout the region,” says Jerome. “NEPA has a strong sense of community, deep roots, and a real appreciation for quality craftsmanship, which aligns perfectly with who we are. I grew up in Pittston, so being able to bring the business back to my roots is something I’m incredibly thankful for. This wasn’t just a business move—it was about building something meaningful in a place that truly feels like home.”

For Jerome, a huge part of that sense of home is a multi-generational connection between family and community.

“My dad recently passed away, but his influence is still felt every day through our work. He spent much of his life in the trades, owned a business for a time, and later worked as a plant operations director for a large healthcare facility. He believed in doing things the right way and was always generous with sharing his knowledge, says Jerome. “What means the most to me is how many Perfect Storm clients knew him or worked with him over the years. Nearly every conversation brings up a memory, and in those moments, it feels like he’s still here—helping guide me and reminding me why this work truly matters.”
