Bloomsburg Theatre Ensemble (BTE) in Bloomsburg is a nonprofit professional theater company creating thought-provoking performances and inclusive arts education. Founded in 1978 by Northwestern University graduates under the mentorship of legendary acting coach Alvina Krause, BTE has become a cornerstone of cultural life in the region. Mainstage Shows & Community Events
Performing at the Alvina Krause Theatre, BTE produces six mainstage productions each year, offering a wide range of dramas, comedies, classics and family shows.
