The Grand Army of the Republic Museum in Scranton preserves the memory of Union soldiers who fought to save the nation during the Civil War. Located in The Marketplace at Steamtown, the museum is operated by the Grand Army of the Republic Memorial Association of Scranton, a nonprofit organization committed to education, remembrance, and preservation. Its mission is to ensure that the courage, sacrifice, and legacy of the soldiers—and their families—continue to inspire future generations.
