River Views and Convenient Mixed-Use Apartment Living at Pittston’s Waterfront Warehouse

The Waterfront Warehouse apartments at 350 Kennedy Blvd in Pittston offer a unique blend of history, thoughtful design and local culture. The mixed-use complex features stylish, modern apartments, retail shops, commercial space and two popular restaurants. The residential space offers expansive views of the Susquehanna River, proximity to both Wilkes-Barre and Scranton and plenty of shopping, dining and culture at your doorstep.

The building itself dates back to Northeastern Pennsylvania’s garment industry boom of the early 20th century. The 112,000 square-foot former factory was once one of the country’s largest producers of women’s undergarments. For decades, the riverfront complex stood as a reminder of the region’s ingenuity and industrial perseverance. And while the looms and old treadle machines may have found their way into museums, the storied, industrial era landmark remains.
