Needs

- There has to be a great food scene with diners, coffee shops, date night places, breweries and wineries and pizza.
- Lots of things to do. A good mix of kid-friendly and grown-up stuff – amusement parks, sports, arts & culture and shopping.
- Local events would also be really nice – festivals, live music & theater and 5Ks.
