The 4 Day Hudson Valley Inn to Inn Bike Tour hosted by Pocono Biking runs on select dates from May through October 2026, offering a four-day, three-night cycling journey through the Hudson Valley National Heritage Area.
Riders will cover approximately 135 miles along the interconnected rail trails of the Empire Trail network in southern New York State. The route blends scenic countryside with rich history, creating a balanced experience of adventure and cultural discovery.
Along the way, participants will cross notable landmarks including the Rosendale Trestle, the Walkway Over the Hudson, and the Kensico Dam, enjoying panoramic views and unique vantage points that highlight the region’s industrial and natural heritage.
This inn-to-inn tour combines daily mileage with comfortable overnight stays, making it ideal for cyclists seeking a multi-day rail trail experience in a historic and picturesque setting.
