The Adult Aerial Workshop will take place at Allison’s Dance Company in Berwick on Friday, March 20, 2026 from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM. This beginner-friendly class introduces participants to aerial arts in a supportive and welcoming environment.
During the workshop, attendees will explore aerial silks, hoop (lyra) and possibly trapeze while learning foundational movements and techniques. The session focuses on building strength, flexibility and confidence while encouraging participants to try something new.
No prior experience is required, and participants do not need to be at a certain fitness level to join. The workshop offers a creative and approachable way to experience aerial movement.
Space is limited to keep class sizes small and personalized. Advance registration is recommended.
