Anthracite Mining Heritage Month Presentation and Artist’s Talk takes place at the Hazleton Art League in Hazleton on Saturday, January 10, 2026 at 1:00 PM, bringing together regional history and contemporary art through two featured speakers.
The program includes an artist’s talk by Earl W. Lehman, offering insight into his NEPA-inspired work and creative process. Attendees will also hear an Anthracite Mining Heritage Month presentation by Bryan Dunnigan, curator of the Sophia Coxe Estate, highlighting the stories and legacy connected to northeastern Pennsylvania’s anthracite region.
