Easter Brunch Buffet will be served at The Waterfront at Silver Birches in Hawley on Sunday, April 5, 2026 from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Guests can enjoy a holiday buffet while taking in views of Lake Wallenpaupack.
The buffet features a stationary display with a cheeseboard, crudité platter with dips, mini crab cakes with lemon garlic aioli, mini quiche, Tunisian salad, and Caesar salad.
The brunch buffet includes creamy chicken and broccoli pasta, orange glazed salmon, eggplant rollantini, truffle mashed potatoes, rice pilaf, apricot glazed carrots, and green beans au gratin. A carving station offers coffee-crusted pork loin with cherry red wine demi and honey baked ham with pineapple chutney.
The cost is $49 per person plus tax and service, and $24.50 for children ages 8 and under.
