Easter Dinner will be served at The Settlers Inn in Hawley on Sunday, April 5, 2026 from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Guests can enjoy a holiday meal accompanied by live piano music from Dan Bradley.

The dinner features a three-course menu with a choice of appetizer and entrée followed by a seasonal dessert selection from the chef. Appetizer options include French onion soup, potato and leek soup with cashew and crispy leek, artichoke barigoule with preserved lemon and goat cheese, arugula salad with fava beans and spring peas, and Les Oeufs Jeanette with Dijon vinaigrette.

Entrée selections include maple and bourbon glazed ham with scalloped potatoes and asparagus, hanger steak with new potatoes and Adelaide carrots, salmon with fava bean pistou and sauce Alsacienne, kumquat glazed chicken with grilled fennel, and ravioli verde with spring peas, ramps, and Pecorino Romano.
