The City of Wilkes-Barre, Downtown Wilkes-Barre Business Association, and Diamond City Partnership are proud to host:
Halloween “Trick or Treating” in Downtown Wilkes-Barre on Sunday, October 27, 2024 from 12 PM to 3 PM on and around Public Square.

Businesses/Organizations are invited to distribute candy to “trick or treaters” on Public Square, or in front of their Downtown businesses.

Businesses are encouraged to decorate their storefronts or reserved location on Public Square.
