Reiki-Infused Restorative Yoga at River Run Healing Arts in Weatherly takes place on Sunday, December 28, 2025, from 5:45 PM to 7:00 PM and offers a 75-minute blend of gentle yoga and Reiki. The class is suitable for all levels and focuses on deep relaxation and self-care.
Participants will be guided through fully supported, floor-based poses using props such as bolsters and blankets, held for longer periods to encourage passive stretching and release. While poses are held, the instructor will share Reiki energy with each participant to support calm, balance, and stress relief.
Class cost is $18, with a $10 discount for current River Run passholders using code RIVER. Space is limited to 12 participants; pre-registration at calendly.com/lisamoyoga/restorativeRR is recommended. Please arrive 5–10 minutes early and bring a pillowcase for the provided bolster, two blankets, a yoga mat (loaners available), water, and any comfort items. Light essential oil sprays may be used; those with sensitivities should inform the instructor before class.
