Spring Equinox Candlelight Yoga takes place at Tree of Life Shoppe in Ringtown on Wednesday, March 18, 2026 at 6:30pm. Led by Lisa Mo, this candlelit slow flow honors the Spring Equinox/Ostara with a mindful practice focused on balance, breath, and a heart-centered reset during seasonal transition.

The class moves at an intentional pace, exploring the solar (right) and lunar (left) sides of the body to reflect the equinox’s blend of light and shadow. Participants should bring a yoga mat and water, dress comfortably, and arrive a few minutes early to set up.

Class size is limited. Admission is $10 with pre-registration recommended; the price is $14 at the door if space permits. This is an in-person only class with no Zoom option.
