St. Patrick’s Day Specials are served at The Dock on Wallenpaupack in Hawley on Friday and Saturday, March 13–14, 2026 from 11:30am to 9:00pm. The weekend menu features traditional Irish-inspired dishes, giving guests a festive reason to stop in for lunch or dinner.
Starters include crispy beer-battered bangers with curry dipping sauce and corned beef Reuben egg rolls. Entrée options range from Guinness and onion braised brisket with champ and honey-roasted turnips to Irish whiskey chicken and leek pot pie, McLean Ave corned beef and cabbage, and pan-roasted Faroe Island salmon over colcannon with whole grain mustard sauce.
Additional favorites include bangers and mashed with an Irish whiskey and onion demi, plus an Irish spice bag featuring spiced chicken and chips with Irish curry and Guinness BBQ dipping sauces. Dessert finishes the meal with Irish Car Bomb chocolate mousse (21 and over, please).
