Writers Group takes place at the Dietrich Theater in Tunkhannock on Thursdays from January 8 through May 28, 2026 from 6:30 to 8:30 PM, offering a free, welcoming space for writers to build community, stay accountable, and grow their craft.
Open to all genres and experience levels, the group is designed for anyone who misses the friendship of fellow writers, as well as those just beginning with a story they want to tell. Participants may share work aloud for feedback, attend to listen and learn, or simply use the time as motivation to keep writing consistently.
Each session encourages progress toward personal goals—whether that means creative fulfillment, finishing a draft, or working toward publication—while providing an encouraging environment to learn and practice the fundamentals of writing.
