The smell of sautéed butter and fried onions drifting through the Wyoming Valley can mean only one thing – it’s time for the annual Edwardsville Pierogi Festival. Each June, the Borough of Edwardsville honors both the fluffy Polish dumpling and NEPA’s rich cultural heritage with one of the biggest festivals of the summer.
