Sparkling Nights and Cherished Sights at Stone Hedge Golf Course’s Festival of Lights

The Festival of Lights at Stone Hedge Golf Course in Tunkhannock returns as one of Northeastern PA’s most dazzling winter attractions. Each year, the golf course transforms into a glowing holiday landscape filled with festive displays, classic Christmas music, Santa visits, s’mores stations and plenty of seasonal cheer.

There’s something magical about bundling up, turning up the holiday playlist and driving through miles of Christmas lights. Families from across NEPA and beyond return each year to see new displays, revisit favorite animations and enjoy the nostalgia of a traditional drive-through Christmas light show.

Since 2017, the Festival of Lights has illuminated the Endless Mountains with millions of lights, creating unforgettable holiday memories for visitors of all ages.

2.5-Mile Journey Through Holiday Magic

Experience millions of lights across a glowing 2.5-mile Festival of Lights drive-through display filled with festive scenes and nostalgic animations. The full route takes about 30 minutes, offering plenty of time to enjoy music, admire sparkling designs and take in the seasonal atmosphere.

Meet Santa & Snap a Free Photo

Santa visits the pavilion every Sunday through Wednesday before Christmas. Families can meet him, share holiday wishes and enjoy free photos during these select nights.

Every vehicle receives one S’mores Kit with admission, perfect for roasting over the large fire pit outside the pavilion. Additional kits are available for purchase for families who want an extra sweet treat.

Festive Run Through the Display

The Night in Lights Fun Run & Walk takes place Friday, November 21 at 5 p.m. This untimed, open-to-all event invites runners and walkers to experience the lights on foot. Registration begins at 5 p.m., with proceeds supporting local first responders.
