As an accomplished writer, producer, and actor, Pete Davidson has found success with projects like the semi-autobiographical series “Bupkis” and the critically acclaimed film “The King of Staten Island.”

Terry Lee Goffee: Tribute to Johnny Cash

Sunday, September 22 at 6 p.m.

If Terry Lee Goffee just played Johnny Cash’s songs, he’d be a good tribute artist. After all, Goffee sounds like Cash and, thanks to decades of listening and studying, knows every idiosyncrasy of The Man in Black’s recorded music.

By embodying Cash on stage and presenting a well-researched live experience, Goffee elevates his show from good to great. Everything from his look to his mannerisms help bring Goffee’s version of Cash—his music hero from the time he was 8-years-old— to life for audiences to enjoy.

One of those audiences once included Cash’s sister, Joanne Cash Yates, who told Goffee, “It’s a wonderful show, I’d recommend it to anyone. You don’t impersonate my brother; you pay tribute to him with honor.”
