Tall Hemlocks and Rushing Waterfalls

George W. Childs Park in Dingmans Ferry is a scenic oasis  in the Pocono Mountains, offering an easy 1.4-mile trail through lush hemlock forests. Meander along the ravine and enjoy views of three waterfalls—Factory Falls, Fulmer Falls, and Deer Leap Falls—and view the ruins of a 19th-century woolen mill.

Dingmans Falls and Silverthread Falls are located just a few miles from Childs Park. Part of the Delaware Water Gap National Recreation Area, the park also features an accessible paved path for a portion of the trail.
