Heller Orchards | Fresh fruit & fall traditions in Wapwallopen
Heller Orchards in Wapwallopen has been a family-owned fruit farm since 1919, offering over a century of dedication to fresh, healthy produce. Established by Hoyt E. Heller, the orchard grew from 20 acres to more than 50 acres, pioneering dwarf apple tree nurseries in Pennsylvania and expanding into a trusted retail farm market. Today, generations of the Heller family continue to uphold their motto, We Grow Good Health, by producing top-quality fruits and seasonal goods.
Farm Market & Seasonal Offerings
The farm grows an impressive selection of apples, including Honeycrisp, McIntosh, Cortland, Stayman Winesap, Jonagold, Golden Delicious, Red Delicious, Ida Red, Mutsu, Empire, SnowSweet, Gala, Fuji, Cameo, and Northern Spy. Visitors also find peaches, nectarines, pears, cherries, plums, and prunes throughout the growing season. Freshly pressed, unpasteurized apple cider remains a customer favorite, alongside locally sourced honey, cheeses, maple syrup, farm-fresh eggs, and homemade pies available in the market.
