Visit 40 Historic Stops

The Historic Tunkhannock Walking Tour will take you on a two-mile stroll through the charming streets and bustling downtown district. This self-guided tour includes 40 stops at Victorian mansions, stunning churches, and other historic buildings. Many of the structures date back to the 1800s, making it easy to see why the town earned a spot on the National Register of Historic Places.

Brochures for the self-guided tour are available at the Dietrich Theater. The brochures include a map and descriptions of each location. The tour takes about two hours to complete.
