Spring Hills Farm in Dalton preserves a little slice of NEPA’s agricultural heritage. This working family farm is dedicated to educating visitors about sustainable farming and protecting the land. Spring Hills Farm also sells their organic products, like their farm-fresh eggs and delicious blueberry spread (perfect to put on your morning toast or to top off a bowl of ice cream). Their maple syrup is a local favorite that took home the blue ribbon at the Harford Fair.
