Top of the World Restaurant’s menu features a peanut butter & jelly bacon burger, and it doesn’t sound like it would work, but it does. Although it’s unique, the flavors pair perfectly. The Angus beef burger is served on a brioche bun and is topped with peanut butter spread & brittle, gruyere cheese, apple cider bacon, jelly gastrique sauce, and citrus onion. This dish is a match made in sweet & savory heaven.
