Wildlife, views and a little bit of water

Located just south of Lackawanna State Park, the Quarry Ridge Preserve features several easy hiking trails and plenty of scenery. This 30-acre mix of dense woodlands and open meadows welcomes visitors with an abundance of wildlife and diverse vegetation. The hilly terrain also provides several stunning vantage points.

The trails at Quarry Ridge Preserve connect to the Meadowsweet Preserve and Lackawanna State Park. This creates a complete 2-mile loop. Hikers can access the Quarry Ridge Preserve at the Meadowsweet Preserve Trailhead on Lily Lake Road.

The Quarry Ridge Preserve is owned and managed by the Countryside Conservancy. It is open to the public from dawn to dusk.
