Intermediate Wheel Throwing Class for Adults at Peaceful Potter in Wilkes-Barre meets on Tuesday evenings, March 3, 10, 17 and 24, 2026, from 7:00 to 9:00 PM, offering a chance for returning students to deepen their work on the pottery wheel. This class is designed for those who have completed Intro to Pottery or have equivalent experience and are ready to refine their technique.
Over four consecutive weeks, participants will continue to advance their throwing skills through guided projects and instructor feedback. The focus is on improving consistency, exploring more complex forms, and developing confidence in trimming, shaping and finishing wheel-thrown pieces.
Students will return during the second weekend of the following month to glaze their fired work at their leisure, choosing colors and surface finishes to complete each piece before the final firing.
