Hosted through the Women in Philanthropy initiative, the evening features a screening of Join or Die, a documentary inspired by the research of social scientist Robert Putnam. The film explores the decline of civic participation in America and highlights the importance of community involvement in strengthening democracy and connection.
Following the screening, attendees are invited to take part in a discussion focused on building stronger community ties and encouraging civic engagement across Northeastern Pennsylvania.
