The Easter Egg Hunt on Public Square will take place in downtown Wilkes-Barre on Saturday, March 28, 2026 at 10:00 AM. Hosted by the Downtown Wilkes-Barre Business Association, the family-friendly event invites children to search for candy-filled eggs and enjoy seasonal activities in the heart of the city.
Children ages 10 and under can participate in the egg hunt while families enjoy the festive atmosphere and special prizes awarded in each category. Parents are encouraged to bring a camera to take photos with the Easter Bunny during the event.
Free parking will be available at the Genetti Best Western Hotel. Attendees can also follow the Bunny Trail flyer distributed on the day of the event to find additional free activities taking place after the egg hunt.
Admission is free and open to the public.
