Empowering Yoga for International Women’s Day at Kailin of Earth Studio in Clarks Summit takes place on Sunday, March 8, 2026 at 10:00 AM, featuring an all-levels vinyasa class led by Lisa Mo and set to energizing music by legendary women artists. The session is designed to feel uplifting and accessible, whether participants are brand new to yoga or practice regularly.
Class begins with mindfulness and grounding, then moves through a moderate-paced flow including standing sequences, balancing work, and warrior-inspired movement linked by breath-led vinyasas. Poses are cued in both English and Sanskrit, and modifications are offered throughout so students can adjust intensity and make the practice their own before closing with a relaxing savasana.
